Terms & Conditions

1. Services

• We provide lawn mowing, garden maintenance, hedge trimming, weeding, gutter cleaning (single storey), and other outdoor services.

• Pet-friendly add-ons (such as dog walks or playtime) are available only when booked alongside another service and subject to conditions (social, non-aggressive dogs only; max 3 dogs).

• All work is carried out with care, but results may vary depending on the condition of your lawn/garden and weather.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by you at the time of booking.

• Prices may be adjusted if the actual work required differs from the description given (e.g., excessive growth, larger-than-estimated yard).

• All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable).
   

3. Bookings & Scheduling

• Bookings are subject to availability.

• We may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• For rainy days, we will arrange a new date at no extra cost.
   

4. Payment

• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept Cash, Bank Transfer and Credit Card

• Late payments may incur a late fee.
   

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 30% of the service price.

• If we arrive and are unable to access the property (e.g., locked gates, unsafe conditions), this may be treated as a late cancellation.
   

6. Safety & Access

• Please ensure the area is free from hazards (e.g., sharp objects,) before our arrival.

• We reserve the right to refuse work if the area is unsafe.

• We will take care with pets, but it is your responsibility to ensure they are secured unless we are providing an agreed pet service.
   

7. Liability

• While we take care to avoid damage, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by conditions beyond our control.

• We are fully insured for public liability.
   

8. Green Waste

• Green waste removal can be included or left on-site, depending on your booking.

• Large volumes may incur additional disposal fees.
   

9. Photos & Media

• We may take before-and-after photos of our work for records and marketing purposes.

• We will never publicly post photos that clearly show your home’s address or personal details without your consent.
   

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
